Will they read the Odessa film studio fortune?
There was made a decision by the fund of state-owned property of Ukraine to sell the controlling share holding of Odessa film studio (50, 01 percents). The cost of a state block of shares now constitutes 31,085 million grivnas.
Two years ago the offer on sale of Odessa film studio was dismissed to LLC "New Film studio», which had been possessed, by then, 49, 99 percent of shares. The reason served as a default of investment obligations.
Joint-Stock Company "Odessa film studio" was created in the end of 2005. The State has transmitted a property complex of the former state enterprise, as the installment to an authorized capital stock, and "The New Film studio" has enclosed 31, 1 million grivnas.

In 2008 the film studio loss has constituted 8,54 million grivnas, having increased by 78 percent in comparison with the previous year.
Odessa film studio was created in 1919. There had been made such films as "Spring at Zarechnaya street", "D’Artanjan and three musketeers", "It is impossible to change Meeting place" and many others. |
